Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receipt of your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return:
- Your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please include your order number.
- Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to one of our warehouses.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
To Start the Return Process:
- Please contact us at jessieamourshop@gmail.com to request a return.
- If your return is accepted per our requirements, we'll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent to us without first requesting a return are not able to be accepted.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within the first hour they've been placed due to our automated fulfillment system.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
- Due to a very high volume of orders, we no longer accepting exchanges.
Refunds:
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Any item(s) returned in a condition deemed unsellable will not be refunded.
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
